The Fuel Infusion Process

EXEN’s novel process enhances the infused gas properties and results in a more complete engine combustion. Diesel infused with air forms Aerodiesel fuel, and similarly, Hydrogen or Hydroxy forms Hydrodiesel or Oxyhydrodiesel fuel.

1.

Diesel fuel and gas is fed into the system, both fuels are pressurized and infused in infusion tubes, where the gas is uniformly embedded. Applied pressures assist the fuel conditioning process.

2.

Post infusion, the fuel pressure is stepped up before being delivered to the injector pump.

3.

Returned fuel is reprocessed.

Scalability

EXEN fuel infusion technology may be applied as an upgrade to existing engines or incorporated into new engine design. Regardless of engine size, the fuel infusion process can be applied with nearly the same results. The main determining factors in sizing the system is the engine fuel flow and consumption rate.

Installations

Standard installations of the EXEN system does not involve modifications to the engine’s existing fuel systems. The system is placed within close proximity to the engine where it is connected between the fuel feed and the engine return lines. Depending on the type of gas, an auxiliary source of compressed Air, Hydrogen or Oxyhydrogen is connected to the system.
